Susan Tallakson

Susan Tallakson is the Chief Operating Officer at Milestones Financial Planning. Working side-by-side with Brock, she helps transition clients from planning recommendations to implementation, ensuring a seamless client experience. Susan's goal is to make it a simple process for clients to take action with their financial futures.

Susan's background in financial operations and customer service has provided her with the tools and knowledge to successfully build out and lead the daily operations at Milestones Financial Planning. The most rewarding part of her career at Milestones is seeing the processes she creates resulting in a great client experience.

Susan was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. After attending college at South Dakota State University, she settled down in West Fargo with her husband and business partner, Brock. They have added two Weimaraner dogs to their family: Winnie and Scout. In her free time, Susan enjoys traveling, camping and spending quality time with her family and friends.
